Across 15 years, we have been predominately a fitness business. Boot camps, corporate wellness programs, personal training and we even set up a gym. As time went on we branched out to the events space and now offer large scale events, specialty workshops and mentor programs, which cover fitness, mental health and personal development.

My name is Matt Grant; I have 3 kids, am host of a podcast, have been in the fitness industry for almost 15 years, I run events, have a great social life and play a lot of sport. This is my life and this is what people see. What is portrayed on the outside, however, is not always a reflection of what’s happening on the inside. People see my beautiful wife and kids, my lovely home and my ability to have a positive impact on those around me. What they don’t see is the depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, ADHD and panic attacks.
For many years I wasn’t just suffering, but I was suffering in silence. I hit a major low point a few years ago, which lead to opening up about my struggles and to say that I was blown away by the response is an understatement.
After sharing my story for the first time, everything changed. I noticed very quickly that I wasn’t alone and that people needed help. This is where I connected with a network of professionals in the mental health space and created my first mental health event.
I had been running a fitness business for over a decade and had witnessed 1000’s of transformations, however helping someone lose a bit of weight or gain a bit of muscle had nothing on watching someone improve their mindset.
Relationships with family, friends, strangers and most importantly themselves, can change forever, and the domino effect that can occur here is more powerful than learning how to lose a few kg’s.
I am on a mission to help people become happier versions of themselves and to learn the best ways to have a positive impact on those around them.
